How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for vinyl records?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened, non-defective vinyl cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our records and merchandise worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my record arrives warped or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders enter our fulfillment process quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified.
Are your limited edition releases available for pre-order?
Select limited edition pressings are available for pre-order. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or Vault membership to receive early notification of exclusive drops.
