We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Third Man Records. If your vinyl is warped or your merchandise is defective, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging; please note that opened vinyl and limited edition vault items are only eligible for return if they possess manufacturing defects.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items including the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our Nashville distribution center.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
